Andre Brasilier Seoul Arts Center Hangaram Design Museum Until April 9

Famed French painter Andre Brasilier’s lyrical oeuvre spanning seven decades has landed in Korea. He was inspired by art icons like Paul Gauguin and Henri Matisse and rubbed shoulders with the likes of Maurice de Vlaminck and Marc Chagall. The exhibition is the largest retrospective of the artist to date, presenting over 120 oil paintings characterized by their bold brushwork and colors celebrating nature and his one and only muse, Chantal.
