Myein, the Concave Lens in My Heart
Seoul National University Museum of Art
Until March 5
The new exhibition at the Seoul National University Museum of Art explores the idea of topophilia, or an emotional bond formed between people and place, through the evocative oeuvre of four photographers: Kim Jung-il, Kim Jae-kyeong, Lim Chung-eui and Choi Bom. On view at the museum are 196 photographs that capture Seoul landscapes between the 1980s and 2000s that faded into history due to urban redevelopment.
Admission is free. Call (02) 8809504 for more information.
