Marco Lodola: Light of the Future DDP Until Oct. 9

Marco Lodola is indeed the most exciting contemporary artist in Italy, and his work is a key representation of the Neo-Futurist movement. The artist is celebrated for his distinct pop style inspired by film, music, art and design. He is the only living artist to have exhibited in one of the oldest museums in the world, the Uffizi in Florence. During his exhibition at Dongdaemun Design Plaza’s Miraero Bridge and in Gallery Mun in Seoul, visitors will meet some all-time iconic figures like The Beatles, Pavarotti and Leonardo da Vinci. His art pieces are all lamps and luminous sculptures in acrylic and plexiglass that will be best appreciated during evening hours.
