Another Pussy Riot member arrested

(dpa) — Another member of the Russian punk band and activist group Pussy Riot has been sentenced to prison, for disturbing public order and harassing passers-by, according to the independent television station Dozhd on Monday, citing a court document.

Alexander Sofeyev will spend four days in jail, according to the document from a court in Tula, about 170 kilometers from Moscow.

Fellow band member Veronika Nikulshina was arrested for allegedly disturbing a rehearsal in Moscow for the military parade marking Victory Day. She was sentenced to five days in prison on Saturday.
